While seeing the number of new developments going up can be astonishing, based on the influx of people to Middle TN (90-100 people per day) due to it being a no income tax state, solid governance, a broad and growing industrial base, and seemingly endless economic and work opportunities. This results in demand for housing, which still lags behind supply.

Housing shortages have two effects: 1. Increased housing prices and 2. Increased rents.

As a real estate investor, whether looking into either a buy/sell strategy or a buy/rent strategy, the Nashville and Middle Tennessee market is and will continue to remain one of the most solid regional real estate investment markets.
